Anonymous Targets Israel by Taking Down Hundreds of Websites and Leaking Emails and Passwords

It looks like Anonymous followed up with its threat of digitally attacking Israel for taking military action in the Gaza strip. They've knocked down websites, deleted databases and have leaked e-mail addresses and passwords. It's a whopping takedown.
The targets taken down include the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs database and Bank of Jerusalem database, which have both been deleted. On top of that, Anon also took down over 600 sites with DDoS attacks and pasted over 2000 email addresses and passwords. Pretty rough.

Here's a statement from Anonymous explaining why they attacked Israel:

For far too long, Anonymous has stood by with the rest of the world and watched in despair the barbaric, brutal and despicable treatment of the Palestinian people in the so called "Occupied Territories" by the Israel Defense Force. Apa pun MMI tetap mengutuk tindakan yang dilakukan oleh Rejim Israel terhadap rakyat Palestin.

Dalam masa yang sama MMI turut berasa lega kerana sudah ada usaha daripada pihak kerajaan Malaysia untuk menghentikan serangan zalim tentera ZIONIS terhadap bumi Palestin.

Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak malam tadi menerima panggilan daripada Presiden Mesir, Mohamed Morsi membincangkan serangan terbaru tentera Israel dan serangan udara di Gaza.

Dalam panggilan telefon selama 15 minit itu, kedua-dua pemimpin melahirkan hasrat untuk bekerjasama menamatkan keganasan semasa di Gaza.

Satu kenyataan dari Pejabat Perdana Menteri menyatakan bahawa kedua-dua negara bersetuju mendapatkan broker kuasa antarabangsa untuk mempengaruhi Israel menghentikan pencerobohan tenteranya terhadap rakyat  Palestin.

Najib dan Mohamed juga menggesa Hamas untuk mengelak daripada tindakan yang akan meningkat konflik ke dalam konfrontasi lebih besar.

Serangan udara Israel sejak tiga hari lalu telah mengorbankan 19 penduduk Palestin termasuk enam kanak-kanak dan seorang wanita mengandung. - Bernama 

Inilah sebenarnya sikap yang harus ditunjukkan oleh seluruh pimpinan Islam didunia kerana kita mempunyai kekuatan tersendiri sebenarnya yang cukup ditakuti oleh rejim Zionis ini.
